if you do not receive a confirmation email in your inbox, double check your spam and junk folders as they could end up there! if you still cannot find a confirmation a few hours after you've made a purchase, please do contact me and i will sort it out for you!
where is my order?
you will receive a tracking number with your order. please make sure to check it regularly for updates. i check on order tracking numbers a few times a week and will update your tracking information if a new tracking number is generated once your order enters your country and is handed over to your local courier. if you are experiencing trouble tracking your order, please do not hesitate to DM me on instagram or twitter.
how do i take care of my jewellery?
all pieces are handmade with love and care by me, and include materials like semi-precious crystals, pearls and glass, so please make sure you handle them with care as they are delicate!
- please minimise contact with water: do not shower or swim in your jewellery as this could weaken them. chlorine can damage and discolour metals.
- do not wear your jewellery when engaging in activities like exercising, as excessive/aggressive movement can cause the pieces to snap or break.
- do not sleep with jewellery on as this could harm you due to sharp pieces and also could cause the jewellery to bend or break.
- apply any lotions or perfumes before putting on your jewellery, as organic crystals and pearls are vulnerable to acids.
- store your pieces appropriately, most preferably laid flat or hung in a jewellery compartment to avoid it tangling with your other pretty pieces you own.
- make sure chains and necklaces are fastened when storing to avoid tangling
- when storing your pieces, please keep them away from sunlight or excessive heat.
a care card is provided with every order that lists care instructions on how to care for your jewellery so your unique piece can stay with you forever <3.
how are your items priced?
prices are calculated according to many factors including the cost and time spent sourcing all materials as well as unique and vintage materials which are very difficult to come by, cost of tools, shipping, packaging materials, website and domain fees, as well as the effort and time put into every single piece i make.
do you ship worldwide?
yes! (to the best of my ability, sometimes shipping methods are affected by global circumstances that are out of my control)
why does shipping cost X amount?
unfortunately, i do not decide the shipping and export fees as they are pre-determined by the shipping carrier i use to send my packages. i do not personally benefit from the cost of shipping, as the full amount paid for shipping is used to purchase and print out a shipping label for your order! example for clarification: if you pay £7.99 for shipping, the full £7.99 is spent to print your shipping label.
note: the lockdowns, labor shortages and strains on logistics networks caused by the covid-19 pandemic have led to shipping-cost increases and have significantly lengthened delivery times.
how much is shipping?
shipping fees differ according to wherever in the world you are, but the most expensive shipping option is $14 / £12 to some countries.
the piece i ordered broke, what do i do?
i totally get it, stuff happens! please get in touch with me asap via twitter or instagram or email with proof of damage. although i cannot send you a replacement as all my pieces cannot be replicated due to the use of rare materials, in most cases i can offer a partial refund and/or a discount code.
do you remake pieces?
almost all of my pieces include rare, antique and vintage beads, charms and chains. due to this, it is not possible to replicate my pieces, as they are all 100% unique.
what is your return or refund policy?
since my pieces are handmade, all sales are final. i do not accept refunds or returns.
how do I know if my jewellery fits?
please check sizes carefully before purchasing! Every piece’s size is listed in the product description in inches and cm. Unfortunately I cannot issue refunds for wrong sizing.
how can i measure my neck or ring size?
to estimate how a piece will look on you, you can use a tape measure, or cut a long strip of paper about a half inch thick, wrap it around your neck or finger, mark it and then use a ruler to measure the length of said strip of paper. You can also use this trusty ring size guide to make it easier for you: http://www.ringsizes.co/sizingtool.pdf
